Empowering Entrepreneurs: NCUM Launches Business School in Partnership with Nova Post Moldova
The National Congress of Ukrainians of Moldova, in partnership with Nova Post Moldova, has launched the Business School — an educational initiative aimed at strengthening entrepreneurial capacities and supporting economic participation among refugees and host community members in the Republic of Moldova.
The program is designed to provide participants with practical knowledge and applied skills required to start, manage, and scale business activities. It targets individuals at different stages of their entrepreneurial journey, including aspiring entrepreneurs, early-stage business owners, and those seeking to expand or formalize their operations.
Through a structured series of lectures and practical sessions, participants gain access to expertise in key areas such as business registration and legal frameworks, financial management, marketing, digital tools, and market expansion. The program also promotes peer learning, professional networking, and the exchange of practical experience between participants and industry experts.
The Business School contributes to enhancing self-reliance and economic resilience by equipping participants with the tools necessary to integrate into the local economy, develop sustainable livelihoods, and build long-term business opportunities in Moldova and beyond.
